(Poughkeepsie, NY) -- Town of Poughkeepsie Police are investigating a suspicious death at the Marriot Residence Inn on South Road.
Chrystal Yager of Poughkeepsie was found dead yesterday in a room she had booked for the night. Police say there is no reason to believe there is any danger to the public. State Police and the Dutchess County Medical Examiner’s office are assisting with the investigation.

After several incidents of criminal mischief at the Mountainbrook Estates Apartment Complex on Innis Avenue, Town of Poughkeepsie made an arrest. Police say while arresting 34 year old Tyler Borzowski he allegedly threw a wooden table and swung a large tree branch at officers. He was taken into custody without injuries and is facing several felony counts.
