(Montgomery, NY) -- State Police in Montgomery pulled two men in a pick up truck over for a simple traffic violation, and ended up finding one-million dollars worth of marijuana in their vehicle.
The officers who pulled over the truck on Friday, say they smelled a strong scent of pot as they walked up to the driver's side window. They searched the truck and found a wooden container with 204 pounds of high grade marijuana in plastic bags. Police arrested 35-year-old Danny Aguayo of Stamford, Connecticut and 69-year-old Anthony Donofrio of New Rochelle. Both have been charged with criminal possession of marijuana.
