(Poughkeepsie, NY) -- A Poughkeepsie man is accused of driving into parked cars while under the influence.
It happened over the weekend along Route 9. Police say 26-year-old Benjamin Cruz lost control of his car, hit multiple parked cars, and then crashed into a house on East Cedar Street. He was treated at a local hospital for minor injuries. Cruz's next court date is scheduled for September 17th.
