(New York, NY) -- Florence is expected to bring a lot of rain to the Hudson Valley.
Three-inches-or-more of rain could fall in some spots. That much precipitation could cause some minor flooding. There will also be strong winds with gusts over 30-miles-per-hour. There are concerns about potential power outages due to the wind. The worst of the storm is anticipated for tomorrow morning’s commute.
The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for Dutchess and Ulster counties and the rest of the region from tonight through Tuesday night.
