Report Says Candidate Molinaro Is Almost Out Of Money

(New York, NY) -- Republican candidate for governor Marc Molinaro is reportedly running out of money with just weeks to go before the election.

The New York Post reports Andrew Cuomo's opponent has slightly more than 210-thousand dollars in his war chest, and owes his running mate Julie Killian 45-thousand dollars that she loaned to the campaign. Cuomo reportedly has more than nine million dollars in campaign funds.

At this time four years ago, former Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino had one-point-two million dollars in the bank when he ran against Cuomo.

A Molinaro spokeswoman tells the Post that the Cuomo Campaign is threatening donors not to contribute to Molinaro.
