Threat Puts Arlington High School On Lock-down

(LaGrangeville, NY)  --  Arlington High School was on lock-down this morning, after the Dutchess 911 center received a call about a possible threat at the High School.

The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office School Resource Office at the school immediately notified the school’s administration and the classroom safety plan was activated.  All students and staff are safe.  An investigation by additional sheriff’s deputies and state troopers determined the threat was a prank.  The lock-down was lifted at 11:15am and the investigation continues.
