Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Is From Hudson Valley

(Walkill, NY)  --  Rockefeller Center revealed today that the 2018 Christmas tree will once again come from the Hudson Valley,  this time from Wallkill.  The Norway Spruce will be cut on November 8 and arrive at Rockefeller Center on Saturday, November 10.  It was back in 2015 that the tree was from nearby Gardiner.

After being wrapped with more than 50,000 multi-colored, energy efficient LED lights and crowned with a brand new Swarovski star designed by architect Daniel Libeskind, the tree will be lit during the live broadcast “Christmas in Rockefeller Center” on Wednesday, November 28. The Rockefeller Center Christmas tree will be on display until Monday, January 7, 2019.”
