(Albany, NY) -- It's unclear what will happen with fantasy sports betting in New York after a state judge declared it unconstitutional.
Plaintiffs in the case are anti-gambling advocates and believe the ruling means these businesses need to stop their operations in the state. But lawyers for daily fantasy companies argue that Governor Cuomo and other officials need to enforce the judge's ruling before they'll consider closing shop. Cuomo's office says the governor is still evaluating the ruling.
