(Millbrook, NY) -- A Dutchess County man is under arrest, charged with using his cell phone to take illicit photos and videos of women.
State Police from the Poughkeepsie Barracks say 73-year-old Donald Fegan of Millbrook is charged with five felony counts of unlawful surveillance for allegedly recording and photographing women underneath their skirts and dresses.
Officials believe there may have been more victims and are urging anyone who suspects they were victimized to call New York State Police.
