(Poughkeepsie, NY) -- The extreme cold isn’t stopping Hudson Valley residents from shopping on Black Friday.
Temperatures this morning were in the single digits and temperatures will only climb into the low 30' today. Heavy traffic is expected on Route 9 in the area of the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall and near Kohl’s. The Poughkeepsie Galleria opened at 7 this morning and will remain open until 10 tonight. Traffic is also heavy around the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets in Orange County.
