(Haverstraw, NY) -- The FBI is now offering a 20-thousand dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of a Hudson Valley man wanted in the murder of his daughter-in-law.
Eugene Palmer has eluded police since September 2012, when Tammy Palmer was shot to death outside the family's home in Haverstraw. Police believe Eugene Palmer fled to Harriman State Park in Orange County, where one of his trucks was found. His family believes he died in the woods without his diabetes and heart medication but authorities say he could be elsewhere, using a different identity.
