(Kingston, NY) -- State Police at Kingston say it was 39 old year old Mark Lancaster of Kingston who was shot and killed in the roadway of Sawkill Road in the Town of Ulster on Saturday.
38 year old Maurice Stansberry Sr. of Kingston was arrested Saturday night and is now facing murder charges. Two 17 year old boys were also arrested and were charged with murder. The three suspects were arraigned on the charges and are scheduled to back in Town of Ulster court tomorrow.
