(New York, NY) -- Millions of Americans are returning items in record numbers before the holiday season is even over.
UPS is calling today "National Returns Day" due to the one-point-five million returned packages it expects to process. This is the first time that the busiest return day is falling on a day before Christmas. Typically, national return days happen in early January and UPS expects to have a second wave of returns then as well.
