Democrats Want To Change Name Of Donald J.Trump Park

(Albany, NY) -- New York Democrats are once again trying to remove the President's name from Donald J. Trump State Park.

According to The Journal News, they're reintroducing measures to strip the Trump name from the more than four-hundred acres of land located in Westchester and Putnam Counties.  Democrats have a better chance at getting the bills through Albany after they won control of the state senate in November but it's unclear whether the state can legally change the name.

An agreement reached in 2006, when Trump donated the land to the state, stated that it must be named after him but the requirement is not mentioned on the deed.
