(Albany, NY)--It looks like the flu season is definitely winding down across New York State.
The latest numbers from the health department show there were only 19-hundred new cases of the virus reported during the week ending April 20th. That's an over a 40 percent drop from the week before. There were only 10 cases of the flu reported in Dutchess County that week and only 6 in Ulster County. More than 105-thousand New Yorkers have been treated for the flu this season.
