Pat Ryan Wins Race For Ulster County Executive


(Kingston, NY) -- Democrat Pat Ryan is the winner of the special election for County Executive in Ulster County. Ryan beat Republican-Conservative Jack Hayes by a nearly three-to-one margin. Ryan will fill out the remainder of former county executive Mike Hein's term that expires at the end of the year. The two will likely face off again in the November elections for a four year term that begins January 1st.
