Movie Shoot In Dutchess County Will Close Down Road

(Poughkeepsie, NY) -- Shooting for the Paramount Pictures sequel to "A Quiet Place" is scheduled to take place in Dover and Pawling today and continue through Tuesday.

The Dutchess County Department of Public Works says a section of West Dover Road will be shut down during the movie shoot. A quarter-mile section near Blackberry Road will be closed and a detour posted. The DPW says emergency services and school transportation will remain accessible to local residents during the filming. Most of the original hit " A Quiet Place" movie two years ago was shot in Dutchess and Ulster counties starring John Krasinski and Emily Blunt.
