Dutchess County Man Faces Murder Charge

(Clermont, NY) -- Columbia County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a Dutchess County man in connection with a weekend homicide.

Investigators say 36-year-old Robert Streib of Red Hook killed 43-year-old Glenn Unson following a fight Saturday. Police say Unson was found on the front lawn of a home on Pleasant Vale Road in Clermont suffering from stab wounds to the chest and abdomen. Investigators believe Unson was injured at a different location and driven to the scene where he and Streib were found. Police say the men knew each other but haven't said what started the fight.
