New York State Police said they arrested 49 year old Richard Kelly of Hyde Park on Friday. He is charged with possessing images consistent with child sexual exploitation and surreptitiously recording candid images of unsuspecting victims. Both are felony charges.
He is listed on the Marist College website as the head coach of the men's volleyball club.
