The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for the Hudson Valley effective until 10pm Thursday. The possibility of strong winds, along with heavy rain are possible for Dutchess, Ulster, Columbia, Greene, Putnam, Orange, and Sullivan counties.
