In the aftermath of Tropical Storm Isaias, about 50,000 customers of Central Hudson and NYSEG are in the dark. There are reports of trees and limbs down throughout the area as crews are working to restore power to those affected, though neither company has stated an estimated time they expect to get power back on.
Central Hudson's website is currently down due to a widespread internet outage.
