Tropical Storm Isaias is making its way up the east coast and parts of the Hudson Valley including Dutchess, Ulster, Columbia and Greene counties are under a Tornado Watch until 9pm Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.
In addition, a flash flood watch remains in effect through Wednesday morning and a wind advisory is also in effect until 1am Wednesday.
