Kingston police have provided more details about an incident involving juveniles firing flare guns near the Hannaford supermarket on Plaza Road on Wednesday (January 22). According to authorities, the incident involved a group of juveniles who were shooting flare guns at each other. One individual sustained non-life-threatening injuries and received medical treatment.
The police department confirmed that the suspects have been apprehended and assured the public that there is no ongoing threat to safety. However, due to the ages of those involved, their names will not be released. The Kingston Police Department is urging anyone with information to come forward to aid in the investigation.
