Hudson Man Charged After Drug Bust on Taconic Parkway

A traffic stop on the Taconic State Parkway has led to serious charges for Kareem Blocker, a 48-year-old man from Hudson, New York. State Police conducted the stop and discovered over 146 grams of crack cocaine, nearly 32 grams of crystal meth, and 11 grams of an anxiety medication in Blocker's vehicle. Additionally, authorities found drug paraphernalia, including a digital scale.

Blocker has been arraigned and is currently being held without bail at the Columbia County Jail. The arrest highlights ongoing efforts by law enforcement to combat drug trafficking in the region.
