Poughkeepsie Man Faces Charges After Shooting on Flannery Ave

A 23-year-old man from Poughkeepsie, Glenton Wright, has been charged with multiple felonies following a shooting incident on Flannery Avenue. The incident, which occurred early Sunday morning, left three individuals with non-life-threatening injuries.

According to Crimewatch.net, police responded to the scene at 1:40 a.m., where they found two victims with gunshot wounds. The victims were able to provide a description of the suspect, leading to Wright's identification and subsequent arrest. Later, a third victim arrived at a local hospital, also suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, and was determined to have been injured in the same incident.

Wright faces charges of felony criminal possession of a weapon, three counts of reckless endangerment, and three counts of assault. He was arraigned in the City of Poughkeepsie Court and is currently held at the Dutchess County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or a $50,000 bond.

The investigation is ongoing as authorities continue to gather evidence and interview witnesses. Further court dates and proceedings are expected as the case develops.
