Man Stabbed at Poughkeepsie Hotel

Emergency personnel responded late Thursday night (January 15) to a stabbing incident at the Red Roof Inn+ on Route 9 in the Town of Poughkeepsie. Upon arrival, they discovered a man suffering from stab wounds to his arm and abdomen. The injuries were more severe than initially reported by the caller. The victim was transported to a local hospital by ambulance, accompanied by a police officer.

The incident occurred at 2349 South Road, and as of now, no further information has been released regarding the circumstances or the suspect involved. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have not yet provided any updates.
